These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions of use of the Dokta platform (hereinafter "the Service"), published by Dokta SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register.
Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service.
Dokta is an intelligent document management platform that allows businesses to upload documents (invoices, quotes, contracts, etc.), automatically extract key data and generate follow-up tasks.
To access the Service, the user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity carried out under their account.
The Service is offered under two plans:
Solo subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Users can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All elements of the Service (code, design, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of Dokta SAS. Documents uploaded by users remain their property.
Dokta commits to providing the Service with diligence. However, the Service is provided "as is". Dokta does not guarantee 100% accuracy of automatic extractions and recommends human verification of critical data.
Users may delete their account at any time. Dokta reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS.
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
